We own and operate several restaurants and food operations...

My county of El Salvador is always in need of help for good hard working people.

Much of what we in the United States know of El Salvador is about the gangs and violence.

But El Salvador is MUCH more than that...it's made of amazing hard working families that in all levels appreciate their blessings and work towards building a better future.

With our blessings in life, we want to give back in any way we can.

For right now, we will donate $1 per dessert served in any of our restaurants to this cause, and of course would welcome donations.

El Salvador worker earns around $12 per DAY.

Our donations can REALLY help some people. We will document via video and testimonials of those that we can offer food, shelter and more to move them forward.

What IS Detroit Style Pizza?

Detroit style pizza was started in 1946 at Buddy's Pizza. Crafted from working class people and the need for lunch, the pizza struck a chord in people because of it's light and airy crust, it's buttery delicious flavor and it's use of simple quality ingredients.

Crafted on a focaccia style dough, buttery crust and two "racing stripes" of sauce on top...Detroit Style is here to stay.

We offer you a new age of pizza, hand crafted and different. Baked in the traditional "blue steel" pan originally used in the auto industry, we're sure you'll grow to love our version of this unique pizza and make it a habit we're here to support.
